Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your FeedbackKit account and all associated data, you can do so using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete from the App

Open the FeedbackKit Admin app and log in to your account

Navigate to Settings

Scroll down to the Danger Zone section

Tap Delete Account and confirm by entering your email address

Option 2: Delete from the Web Dashboard

Log in to your account at FeedbackKit Dashboard

Go to Settings from the sidebar

Scroll to the Danger Zone section and click Delete Account

Confirm by entering your password

Option 3: Request via Email

If you are unable to access your account, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@getfeedbackkit.com. Please include the email address associated with your account.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your profile and personal information will be permanently deleted
  • Projects you own will be transferred or archived
  • You will be removed from all project memberships
  • All sessions and authentication tokens will be revoked
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation.
