Featurebase Pricing: Seats, AI and Yearly Totals
Featurebase is a support and product suite: live chat and an inbox, an AI agent called Fibi, a help center, feedback boards, roadmaps and a changelog, all in one subscription. That shapes its pricing. You pay per seat, and the AI agent is charged per resolution on top. This post explains each plan from the feedback side, what makes the bill grow, and what a small app team would pay.
We make FeedbackKit, so read this with that in mind. The Featurebase facts below come from Featurebase's pricing page, including its plan comparison table and FAQ, checked on 17 October 2026. The page shows prices with a $ sign.
The short version
- Free has 1 seat. Growth is $29, Professional $59 and Enterprise $99 per seat per month, billed yearly. Billed monthly, they are $37, $75 and $129 per seat.
- The price scales with seats. Professional and Enterprise include free Lite seats for people who need limited access.
- The Fibi AI agent costs $0.49 per resolution on every paid plan. AI Copilot has a free allowance, then $19 per seat per month for unlimited use.
- End users are unlimited on every plan. There is a 10-day trial with no card, and a startup programme with 86% off.

Free
Free gives one person live chat, an inbox, a help center and the feedback module with one board and one roadmap. There is no AI, and the in-app widgets, custom domain, integrations and public changelog page all start on Growth.
Growth
Growth is where Featurebase becomes a full feedback tool: five boards and roadmaps, embeddable in-app widgets and iframe embeds, revenue data sync, customisable statuses and tags, the public changelog, issue-tracker integrations and the API. On the AI side it adds the Fibi agent over chat, AI replies and macros, and AI board and duplicate suggestions.
Professional and Enterprise
Professional raises the limit to ten boards and adds 20 Lite seats, AI feedback deduplication, Ask AI, private boards, moderation, multilingual feedback and basic CRM integrations. Enterprise removes the board limit, adds 50 Lite seats, AI feedback tagging, the prioritisation module, Azure DevOps and admin SSO with a minimum of 5 seats.
What pushes the price up
- Seats. The FAQ says the pricing scales with seats. A paid seat is a teammate who needs full access: managing conversations and feedback, replying to customers and editing settings. Lite seats, on Professional and up, are for people who need to view or collaborate, such as engineers or designers.
- AI resolutions. The Fibi AI agent costs $0.49 per successful resolution, charged once per conversation. A resolution counts when the customer confirms the answer helped, or leaves without asking for more help.
- AI Copilot. Each seat gets 10 free Copilot conversations a month; unlimited use is $19 per seat per month.
- Add-ons and usage. Removing Featurebase branding is $69 a month on Professional and Enterprise. Outbound emails are free up to 5,000, then usage-based.
- Boards. Board and roadmap limits (1, 5, 10, unlimited) can push you up a plan, and with it every seat's price.
What does not push it up: end users are unlimited on every plan.
What a small app team pays
Take Trailmate, a fictional hiking app. The totals use the per-seat prices billed yearly, times seats, times 12 months.
Two people, just feedback
Two founders want an in-app widget, revenue data and a Linear integration. That is Growth.
- 2 seats × $29 × 12 = $696 a year.
- If they leave the Fibi agent off, there are no resolution charges.
Four people, feedback and support
Trailmate grows to four people who all reply to users, wants AI deduplication and no Featurebase branding, and lets Fibi answer support chats. That is Professional.
- 4 seats × $59 × 12 = $2,832 a year.
- Branding removal: $69 × 12 = $828 a year.
- Fibi resolving 100 conversations a month: 100 × $0.49 × 12 = $588 a year.
- Total: $4,248 a year, before any Copilot upgrade.
For that money, Trailmate also gets a helpdesk, live chat and a help center. If you would pay for those anyway, compare the total with your support tool as well as your feedback tool.
Free plan, trial and discounts
Free is a lasting plan with one seat. Paid plans have a 10-day free trial with no card. The FAQ lists a startup discount of 86% off plus a year of Fibi AI free, for companies founded less than 2 years ago with fewer than 6 employees, which gives access to all Professional features. Open-source projects and non-profits get 15%. The FAQ also says annual plans are 20% off. Each plan card has a billing toggle: Growth is $37, Professional $75 and Enterprise $129 per seat billed monthly, against $29, $59 and $99 billed yearly.
How FeedbackKit's pricing compares
FeedbackKit's prices are on our pricing page:
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 1 project, 10 visible feedback items per project, no integrations, no team members |
| Pro | $15 | $150 | 2 projects, unlimited feedback, all integrations |
| Team | $39 | $390 | Unlimited projects, team members and roles |
FeedbackKit's plans are flat, not per seat, and there is no AI usage to meter. A team of two or four that manages feedback pays $390 a year on Team. A solo developer pays $150 on Pro, with GitHub, Linear, Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Airtable, Asana and Basecamp, plus Slack, HubSpot and Salesforce (see the integrations page).
Revenue data is a useful example of the difference. On Featurebase, revenue data sync starts on Growth. On every FeedbackKit plan, including Free, your app passes each user's MRR through the SDK, and requests can be sorted by the total MRR of the users behind them. Here is how that looks in FeedbackKit, with sample data from a fictional hiking app:
Requests sorted by MRR
The board itself is native. Featurebase's installation guide lists a JavaScript SDK for the web and says mobile apps embed the portal in a WebView. FeedbackKit ships native screens through the Swift, Kotlin, Flutter and React Native SDKs.
Choose Featurebase if...
- You want support and feedback in one tool: live chat, an inbox, a help center and an AI agent next to your boards.
- You need Jira or Azure DevOps, or a public changelog for customers.
- Your product lives mainly on the web and a JavaScript widget suits it.
- You qualify for the startup programme, which changes the arithmetic a lot.
FeedbackKit has no in-app chat, no help center and no changelog for your users. If those are on your list, Featurebase covers more ground. For the full comparison, read FeedbackKit vs Featurebase, see the side-by-side table, our Featurebase review and our list of Featurebase alternatives.
