UserVoice Pricing: What Shapes the Quote
UserVoice is one of the longest-running feedback platforms, built for product teams in larger B2B companies and the sales and success teams around them. If you go looking for its prices, you will not find any. This post explains what UserVoice says about how it prices, what its help center puts on the higher tiers, and what that means for a small app team.
We make FeedbackKit, so read this with that in mind. The UserVoice facts below come from UserVoice's own pricing page and its help center, checked on 17 October 2026. We did not book a demo or ask for a quote, and we have not used figures from third-party sites.
The short version
- UserVoice prices are by quote. The pricing page shows no plans, no amounts and no calculator; its call to action is "Talk to an Expert".
- The page says your plan is based on feedback volume, the tools you use and the integrations you connect, and never on seats.
- The help center refers to tiers called UserVoice Discovery, Discovery Pro and Discovery Premium, and marks Jira, the Salesforce connector and multiple roadmaps as Discovery Premium.
- There is no free plan. A 30-day trial is set up for you after a demo.
What UserVoice says about price
The pricing page has a single plan section. It says UserVoice pricing "scales with what you use", and that a plan is set by three things:
- Feedback volume.
- Tools leveraged.
- The integrations you connect. Its integrations page lists Jira, Azure DevOps and Salesforce among others.
It is explicit that seats are not a factor. The pitch is that sales, success and product can all work in UserVoice without extra cost per person. For a company where dozens of people touch feedback, that matters.
The page also positions UserVoice as a replacement for "a feedback board, a spreadsheet, and a lot of manual Slack threads", and lists what a plan covers: a feedback portal, capture tools, communications, data enrichment, taxonomy, filtering, segmentation, security and compliance, and expert onboarding.
The tiers the help center names
The pricing page does not name plans, but help center articles carry a note saying which tier a feature is available in. The names used are UserVoice Discovery, Discovery Pro and Discovery Premium. A few examples we checked:
| Feature | Tier named in the help center | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Jira integration | Discovery Premium | Jira Integration Overview |
| Salesforce connector | Discovery Premium | Salesforce Connector Setup and Overview |
| Multiple roadmaps | Discovery Premium | Create a Roadmap |
| Public status updates on ideas, site search, SEO options | Discovery Pro and Premium | Help center search |
So the integrations that UserVoice's B2B buyers tend to want, Jira and Salesforce, sit on the top tier. That fits the pricing page: connecting integrations is one of the three things that sets your price.
What a small app team should expect
We cannot show you arithmetic, because there are no published numbers to multiply. What we can say from UserVoice's own pages:
- It is sales-led. You talk to UserVoice before you can try it. The trial is 30 days, in a workspace UserVoice sets up for you after a demo.
- Onboarding is a project. The pricing page says most teams launch in 4 to 6 weeks, with 1 to 2 weeks of technical setup, guided by a dedicated customer success manager.
- It is built around a web portal. UserVoice offers an in-app widget and an Admin API and Idea Collection API on its developer site. Its older native iOS and Android SDKs are archived on GitHub, with no changes since July 2019, and its current site does not describe mobile SDKs.
If you do want a quote, go in with numbers. Ask how they count feedback volume, which tier includes the integrations you need, what happens when volume grows mid-contract, and whether the price is fixed for the term. The pricing page does not answer those, so the quote will.
Free plan and trial
There is no free plan. The FAQ says free trials are available: book a demo and UserVoice sets up a workspace you can use for 30 days.
How FeedbackKit's pricing compares
FeedbackKit publishes its prices on the pricing page and you can sign up without talking to anyone:
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | 1 project, 10 visible feedback items per project, no integrations, no team members |
| Pro | $15 | $150 | 2 projects, unlimited feedback, all integrations |
| Team | $39 | $390 | Unlimited projects, team members and roles |
These are flat prices. They do not change with feedback volume or with how many of your users vote. On Pro and up, the integrations are GitHub, Linear, Notion, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, Airtable, Asana and Basecamp, with status sync, plus Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce and email-list tools (see the integrations page). FeedbackKit has no Jira or Azure DevOps.
Revenue works differently too. UserVoice ties feedback to account data from Salesforce through its connector, on Discovery Premium. In FeedbackKit, on every plan, your app passes each user's MRR through the SDK and requests can be sorted by the total MRR of the users behind them. Here is how that looks in FeedbackKit, with sample data from a fictional hiking app:
Requests sorted by MRR
The voting happens inside your app, in native screens from the Swift, Kotlin, Flutter and React Native SDKs, rather than on a web portal.
Choose UserVoice if...
- You sell to large B2B accounts and want feedback weighted by Salesforce account revenue and segments.
- Your engineers work in Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Many people across sales, success and product need access, and you want pricing that ignores seat count.
- You want a guided onboarding with a dedicated success manager.
For a small app team, those strengths are often more than you need, and the sales-led route is slow. See FeedbackKit vs UserVoice side by side, FeedbackKit pricing vs Canny, Featurebase and UserVoice, our Canny vs UserVoice comparison and our list of UserVoice alternatives.
